At OÜ Heidenline I was able to try out many different fields and learned a lot of new things. For the first time in my life, I tested out my creative side with marketing and created a new website for the company, sent newsletters, and wrote blog posts.
In addition, I implemented the web-shop and the motorhome sales program, which facilitated the sales significantly. Also, I mediated Erply's development needs and prepared operational manuals. Since the company was small, I could also participate in sales and back-office work.

I worked at Estonian Tax and Customs Board at a time of very exciting changes, where the merger of two institutions had just taken place and Estonia became a member of the EU. In this regard, institutions and information systems developed very quickly and many changes took place at that time.
I worked in the accounting department of the Revenue Department, and the biggest achievement of our unit was the development and implementation of a new tax accounting system (accounting core) in 2009. Until 2015, I participated in several smaller accounting system development projects. In addition to participating in development projects, I was responsible for the correct organization of customs duty collection in Estonia. For this purpose, I cooperated with the departments that dealt with the processes related to customs duty collection and I also participated in the European Commission's meetings on customs duties held in Brussels and in projects related to various topics.
In 2010-2011, I was appointed by Estonian Tax and Customs Board as the internal auditor of the European Organization of Tax Administrations (IOTA) together with Mr Harrij van Lankveld from Netherlands. During this time, we conducted an operational audit of this organization and made some suggestions to improve the work processes of the organization.
