Country responsible Compensation and Benefits Area Manager
within the Swedbank Group HR Compensation and Benefits Team.
Together with colleagues in Sweden and the Baltic countries we are
covering remuneration strategy, executive compensation, salary
reviews, variable pay programs and benefits to ensure all programs
align to our company culture, and values. Specific for country Area
manager - this role is responsible that all remuneration principles
comply also with legislation and pay equity in certain country. I work
closely with country HR Manager, country Management Team
(Board, Council members) and Group HR with all Compensation and
Benefits processes and topics to drive improvement and create
business value.
This role has a proactive and consultative approach in support of the
different business areas in Compensation and Benefits matters.
