I am currently working at Handymann, a store specializing in technology, gardening supplies, and furniture.

My main responsibilities:

• Include maintaining store organization

• Assisting and guiding customers

• Resolving any arising issues

• Working as a cashier in customer service.

Vogar Travel Service is a family business that offers accommodation and food in a pizza restaurant amidst one-of-a-kind natural setting full of mountains and volcanoes in Iceland.

During this time I was challenged to master multi-functionality and effectiveness in order to juggle between accommodation, catering and customer service.

My tasks were:

• Served as the positive face of the restaurant, ensuring guests felt welcomed and well-cared for.

• Managed orders with precision, with a focus on menu knowledge and customer needs

• Built strong relationships with regular customers

• Assisted in preparing and serving pizza, beverages, and ensuring cleanliness in all areas

• Serving drinks: alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and coffee drinks

• Being willing to perform additional tasks

Ylicool Catering deals with professional service at various events in Estonia and Europe, it is a company with a very high reputation and is constantly growing. This work was hobby for me as a side job.

Work tasks:

• Welcoming guests with drink trays

• Filling the guests’ glasses with champagne, wine and water; responding to requests and receiving customer feedback

• Showing a good knowledge of the menu items and serving food

• Providing a high level of service and satisfaction to customers attending the event

• Keeping the hall tidy, cleaning dishes and drinking glasses and putting them away
