• Family office and private wealth manager for wealthy individuals in Nordics.
• Managed for customers total of 50MUSD in assets and helped to develop over 1 million square feet of property in Nordics for customers - all from project sourcing, project management, financing, raising capital to construction and leasing/selling.
• Developed by myself 13 residential multi-family properties, raised in 20 MUSD capital for that purpose.
• Over 10 million USD in revenue as a single employee in international medical equipment trade.

The mission of 1Home was to eliminate racism and obstacles for renting apartments for expats and foreign students in Eastern-Europe. Most landlords would not rent the apartment to foreigners or brokers didn't even show them to potential tenants.

All properties were fully gutted and built to one standard unit.

• From starting with 1 apartment in Tallinn, Estonia to building a portfolio of 450 apartments and 6 student hotels, total of 3200 beds in 4 countries and 10 cities.
• Built a software platform which was easy to use and scalable. 3D maps of apartments, quick check-out with just a passport and credit card and later turned it into franchisable model.
• Total of 55 employees under my leadership, 23MUSD in equity raised, 15MUSD in bank financing.
• Exit to Polish Private Equity who was interested in franchising the model to landlords.

• I founded the largest private healthcare company in Estonia. When we started we took over a county hospital with 72 employees.
• My role was strategic leadership, business development, M&A's, fundraising and financing.
• At exit we had 4 hospitals, 5 retirement homes and an ambulance company with 24 brigades. We introduced software to healthcare sector, made innovation, constructed state-of-the-art buildings etc.
• Total of 15MUSD in equity raised, 50MUSD in bank financing.
• Exited in 2017 to the largest Private Equity in Baltic States (BaltCap).

• Created together with a partner first online alcohol (import wine and branded liquor) store with 7 physical locations in Estonia. Built the website, the brand, online campaigns and managed commercially strategy (purchasing and B2B sales).
• Scaled the company to FMCG sector and when I sold my shares to my partner we had 100+ employees, 10+million in revenue and were one of the largest importers & sellers of wine, salmon, vegetables to Estonian retail chains.
