04/10/2019 Shokkin Group Netherlands, Erasmus- Mobility of Youth Workers, According to my desire I got an opportunity an international Erasmus+ training program as a representative of Estonia organized by Shokkin Group Netherlands where I met with 34 international participants from 9 different nations including 6 international professional trainers. The aim of this project was to provide youth workers coaching skills in order to enable them to coach youth in their process of becoming active citizens in society and on the labor market. They have discussed the issue of unemployment and find ways of supporting young people to start their own enterprises. From then I set my goal for empowering young people to live a pro-active lifestyle by providing them with opportunities to develop competencies for personal, professional and social growth. The most precious thing was to find out the lack of qualities of each members where I found myself as good not the best.
