• Localize the Group’s IT process regulatory documents and procedures in Latvia, including informing colleagues and organizing/conducting training. Cooperate with supervisory authorities by preparing and providing the required information. Ensure appropriate control over the execution of the IT service contract — SLA (service level agreement). Participate in the IT investment planning process, ensuring that Latvia’s/Baltic needs are included in the annual investment plan. Monitor the implementation. Resource escalations, conflict resolution, recommendations for improving local/Baltic/group processes.

• Lead, plan, and control the department’s work, including defining job competencies. Prepare and implement budget proposals. Plan and oversee the execution of information system development projects. Plan and supervise projects for the renewal and modernization of existing information systems. Participate in specifying information system development processes, as well as in evaluating their usefulness and potential for development. Prepare reports and statements on the implementation, maintenance, and updates of IT systems. Ensure representation of the company’s interests in matters of IT development and interoperability of information systems with neighboring railways, railway organization working groups, state institutions, commercial enterprises, and EU-level systems.

• Plan and manage the 3‑year IT project roadmap (activities, timelines, costs, expected benefits).Develop and oversee the detailed 1‑year IT project plan. Approve and monitor the annual IT development budget. Register projects in the system and ensure staff access. Track deadlines, manage changes, and prepare required documentation. Provide regular reports (annual, quarterly, monthly) on project progress and deliveries.

• Develop, implement, and maintain customer segmentation principles, service models, loyalty programs, and sales campaigns for corporate clients in the Baltic's (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia).Plan sales volumes, revenues, and expenses for up to 3 years. Monitor execution of plans and regularly report progress to management and colleagues (department heads across the Baltic's).

• Develop a loyalty program for micro-enterprises aimed at increasing customer numbers, turnover, and loyalty. Collaborate with product development departments and branches to organize sales campaigns, monitor execution, and evaluate results. Prepare reports for management, product development departments, and branches. Conduct training sessions for new employees.
