Summary

Motivated, with a proven history and an excellent track record in the OEM and private importer business. For past two years I have been involved in setting up Nordic Automotive Services Dealer Network Development side for Nissan in Baltics and Renault & Dacia in Finland. Running several projects related to New Shorwoom opening from Bassadone retail side as well as supporting dealers in Finland to be compliant with Renault and Dacia rules. Being a DND manager for four countries and three brands. Setting up DND structure and also being accountable for CQ (customer quality) and Training setup after OEM transfer from Nissan Nordice Europe (NNE) to privat importer Bassadone Automotive Group. Previously I was leading NNE aftersales field team for 7 counries with annual budget around 7M € and overseeing Nissan Aftersales commercial business. Before that I was leading Baltics aftersales business. Having taken Baltic´s Nissan Aftersales business from approx. 650k € annual profit in 2012 to more than 2 million € profit annually. By starting to implement various projects towards the profitable budget. Speaking fluently several languages: Estonian, English, Russian and Hungarian. I am communicative and also team-oriented, but at the same time, I'm used to working independently as well. I have a proven history of working individually with set targets and goals in mind. An organized and motivated employee eager to apply time management and organizational skills in various environments. Seeking possibilities to implement my skills in building up organizations with close collaboration with sales, aftersales and management levels, working with close cooperation with dealers. Have many different company acknowledgements regarding cross functionality, cooperation and team spirit. Have been working together with different parties from various companies (for example. Infotool, Dekra) to achieve better result. Having also launched over 26 new vehicle models and providing both technical and sales trainings during these years.

Having a lovely family of three kids and also doing some sporting activities. I like to spent some time at the golf course in summer and also playing disc golf all year around and padel. Travelling is my passion.

Dealer Network Development Manager

  • Overseeing and setting up the OEM transfer to the private importer side from Nissan to Bassadone Automotive and NAS.
  • Setting up the CQ structure and workflow from the CQ point of view.
  • Implementing OEM rules and regulations for NAS.
  • Setting up a training program and curriculum under the new organization setup.
  • Overseeing and preparing commercial policy documentation.
  • Launching new dealership in Estonia under direct retail from importer side
  • Being part of the business transformation and Finland Nissan acquisition to Bassadeone Group in this year.
  • Being responsible for Nissan DnD in the Baltics and Finland, as well as Renault and Dacia in Finland.
  • Taking care of the dealer network for the brand portfolio.

  • Being responsible and managing for Nissan Aftersales commercial side for OEM Nordic operations. Having a country teams and directing country Aftersales Commercial operations with respective teams in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
