

Describing myself is never easy so I asked my team, colleagues, and manager for their perspective. They describe me as people-focused and committed to helping others grow. I believe in understanding each person’s strengths and assigning roles accordingly, rather than expecting everyone to do the same thing. I’m known for being proactive, efficient, and always looking for ways to improve. I believe it’s better to make a decision, even if it’s not perfect, than to avoid making one. I invest in people, avoid micromanaging, and strive to make 1:1 meetings something my team looks forward to. I take pride in seeing initiatives through and keeping commitments. Over the past three years, my team has consistently achieved high results in leadership and satisfaction surveys, which I’m very proud of.
