Head Of Purchasing (and Sales)
Tallinn

Summary

I played a key role in growing the Ballzy sneaker chain from scratch to 12 retail stores across the Baltics, achieving a €15M+ annual net turnover. Built the lifestyle retail concept, developed relationships with 18+ global brands and led purchasing, brand portfolio management, sales strategy, sales analytics, performance tracking and stock management.

I thrive in fast-paced environments where strategy, creativity, and data come together. I’ve got a sharp eye for market trends and consumer behavior, which helps me spot growth opportunities, fine-tune product mixes, and build brand stories that really connect with people. I’m all about balancing big-picture thinking with getting things done—something that’s been key to creating long-term success in the ever-changing retail world.

I'm a driven and dedicated professional, always on the lookout for opportunities that challenge me to grow, push my thinking, and take my skills to the next level. I’m motivated by the chance to step outside my comfort zone, expand my perspective, and do work that goes beyond the expected.

I’m now looking for more ambitious challenges on an even bigger, global scale—opportunities where I can apply my experience in building and scaling dynamic brand environments to new markets, broader audiences, and more complex landscapes. I’m especially excited to contribute to high-impact projects in the world of sport and culture, collaborate with international teams, and help shape the future of how brands inspire, engage, and move people around the world.
