Originally trained as an educator, I am a people-oriented communicator who thrives on organization and planning. With a keen eye for detail and a “everything is possible” mindset, I approach every task with enthusiasm and a strong sense of duty. I enjoy trying new things, embrace challenges, and find energy in staying busy—making multitasking a natural strength.
In addition to previous assignments: creating and sending out invoices to customers, tracking payments and outstanding debts, sending reminders to clients, and maintaining clear communication with customers to resolve billing-related queries. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, product managers, service delivery managers and finance team.

Organizing office's everyday life by taking care of employees: ordering supplies, snacks and beverages; organizing events and workshops; making bookings for travels, ordering Friday lunches. Preparing and tracking documentation for vacations and travels. Welcoming and hosting visitors and handling daily administrative issues.
Organizing children's daily life at daycare: lessons and preparation for school, life skills development, language (English) skills development, ensuring kids' safety and well-being. Communicating and supporting parents, organizing events. Assisting foreign families with everyday inquiries and helping them adapt to Estonian customs, administrative procedures and community integration. Replacing daycare manager if needed.
Preparing children for school in accordance with current laws and materials. Teaching Estonian through daily routines with different language immersion techniques in all subjects. Creating a safe learning environment for foreign children to learn in Estonian daily; communicating with parents, organizing different class events. Taking part of different programs for language immersion classes, helping kids to feel more secure in their studies.
