As a category manager for the prescription drugs (Rx), I am responsible for managing and developing the product portfolio, supplier relations, and strategic projects within the pharmaceutical sector. My key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring valid supplier agreements, up-to-date assortment.
• Maintaining effective cooperation with manufacturers and wholesalers to secure continuous product availability and optimal commercial terms.
• Providing professional and operational support to pharmacies in all matters related to the Rx category.
• Leading and coordinating public health and pharmacy service projects (e.g., HPV screening, vaccination programs) in collaboration with governmental institutions such as Tervisekassa, Ravimiamet, and the Tervise Arengu Instituut.

This role combines strategic category management, regulatory compliance, and healthcare service development to ensure access to safe, effective, and affordable prescription medicines across the pharmacy network.

I was responsible for preparing instructions, training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with current pharmaceutical regulations and in close cooperation with regulatory authorities for Apotheka pharmacies. Through this work, I helped ensure compliance, enhance patient safety, and strengthen the overall quality of pharmaceutical care.

As a professional pharmacist, I participated in meetings with governmental representatives, providing expert input on polypharmacy management and safe medication dispensing practices. I was also responsible for patient medication reviews, optimizing the therapeutic impact of medicines, minimizing risks, and improving patient compliance. In addition, I provided the automated dose dispensing service, ensuring accurate, safe, and convenient medication use for patients while supporting adherence and reducing medication errors.
