I managed the full testing process of one Atlassian Marketplace app from early development through launch.

My responsibilities included:

• Creating and maintaining clear and thorough test cases and test documentation.

In this multifaceted role, I supported both the clinical and administrative operations of a sleep and respiratory diagnostics clinic.
My responsibilities included:

• Performing a range of respiratory and allergy diagnostics
• Preparing procedure rooms and ensuring clinical equipment was cleaned, calibrated, and fully operational each day.
• Monitoring medical supply inventory and ensuring equipment and consumables were well-stocked.

Provided basic information about procedures and ensured a smooth patient experience

Promoted into a leadership role overseeing cardiovascular and thoracic operating rooms. Managed daily operations, team coordination, and cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth surgical workflows.
