- In the role of Product Owner I was responsible for production feedback portal ColMES. The work involved customer interaction; managing business requirements; co-ordinating work and tasks; administrating and prioritizing tasks in Microsoft Azure DevOps portal; writing specifications for developers; testing solutions.

I had the responsibility of my team's execution performance by leading the team towards defined goals and objectives. I was responsible for two teams, people handling the Mediterranean region and the Nordic and Baltic region. I was dividing the tasks among the group and ensuring the quality, workload, capacity and availability of resources. A big part of the work was handling urgent requests from Ericsson's local offices in responsible regions and co-ordinating improvement work between regions, Ericsson AB in Sweden and vendors. In addition, I was handling the KPIs to support it.

In the role of Manager of Order Management I was appointed to Young Professionals talent pool and received Ericsson Role Model award for two years in a row.

On maternity leave during Nov 2016 - Dec 2021 raising two adorable children and investing time in gaining knowledge in IT field.

Working as an interface between the customers and the vendors all over the world. The work of an interface consists of dealing with all kind of issues and challenges the customers had regarding the supply process and making sure their required delivery schedule is fulfilled.

Organizing international and domestic transportation. Offering full logistical services considering transportation, warehousing and customs service. Job required a lot of communication with different transportation companies and customers and solving all kind of problems that occurred within the supply chain.

Handling documentation, drafting contracts and general secretarial work

Handling customs declarations, communicating with the customers, handling invoices.
