I’m an initiator with a “Let’s do it!” attitude. Sitting between leadership and employees, I bring people together. Leadership respects me; employees trust me. That’s because I care and am passionate about what I do. A strong, clear communicator, I am able to find approaches that both sides understand and accept. It takes time, patience, and finesse. During my 13+ years in this field, I have grown to realize that well-being is the foundation for a positive working environment. Engaged employees are happier, thus more productive. Charged with organizing recreational events is one way to boost camaraderie.
I’m keen on leading, working together and promoting well-being. Eesti Loto and Exmet Services has given me opportunities to pursue and implement positive evolution for myself, for colleagues, and for the company. I’m eager for more.
