Marit Raudsik

I’m an initiator with a “Let’s do it!” attitude. Sitting between leadership and employees, I bring people together. Leadership respects me; employees trust me. That’s because I care and am passionate about what I do. A strong, clear communicator, I am able to find approaches that both sides understand and accept. It takes time, patience, and finesse. During my 13+ years in this field, I have grown to realize that well-being is the foundation for a positive working environment. Engaged employees are happier, thus more productive. Charged with organizing recreational events is one way to boost camaraderie.

I’m keen on leading, working together and promoting well-being. Eesti Loto and Exmet Services has given me opportunities to pursue and implement positive evolution for myself, for colleagues, and for the company. I’m eager for more.

Together with the IT Development Manager we managed to build a great team of developers at Eesti Loto.

Under my leadership we started to measure the pulse of the company culture and set up employee engagement surveys.
