I have more than eighteen years of work experience in the field of logistics. The first three years, on the side of the logistics service buyer and for the next fifteen years, on the side of the logistics service provider. I have collected professional knowledge from the both side. I am a good team player and always concentrated one the work and the goals, which has been set up on the personal, team and company level.
Due to the company's new strategy, which includes opening commercial lines in Europe, I reorganized my workload and focused on it. Currently, the main tasks are:
Negotiating contracts with partners to build up a well-maintained network in Europe.
Creating annual budgets and monitoring expenses against budget goals. Monitoring performance metrics to ensure quality standards are met.
Managed staff recruitment and training. Also, maintaining a positive work environment by resolving employee disputes promptly.
The main task was to work with logistical budgeting and find the options do optimize resources.
Leading the collaboration and shareing the knowledge's between the departments and employees do be more efficient.
Monitoring and analyzing the KPI and NPS system.
Identified needs of customers. Leading the client meetings and providing the regular feedbacks and updates.
Responded promptly to customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner.
Utilized document management system to organize company files, keeping up-to-date and easily accessible data.
The main task was to develop logistical solutions (special solutions) based on the needs of the clients. Daily used transportation modes were: rail- and ocean freight from Asia (LCL, FCL), air freight from Asia and USA, road from Europe and Asia (FTL, LTL). Road freight solutions were mainly special solution such as dedicated trucks, time critical deliveries etc.
