  • Part of developing and implementing strategies in the Test Hardware Development leadership team.
  • Facilitate team collaboration communication by cooperating on development projects with project stakeholders and cross-functional.
  • Analyze client/customer requirements, prioritize tasks, and identify dependencies. Specific Skills:
  • Manage planning and allocations for resources, capabilities, and budget for the project developments.

Brief Introduction

My name is Monika Kamboj. I am 29 years old. I am Indian citizen residing in Estonia from 7 years. I have done my masters from TalTech in Mechatronics. I like cooking, traveling, and playing badminton. I have around 9 years of experience in the development and management organizations. Mainly I have dealt with managing different teams and projects. I started my job as a test engineer and now I am the Manager of system support in the test development leadership team. I am Good listener, Problem-solver, Open-minded, Flexibile, Detail-oriented, Honest, Result-oriented, and Organized. My teammate defines me as Trustworthy, Dedicated, and Creative. The reason I would like to change the position is that I learned lots of best things that are now waiting to improvise/implement in the next job role. I want to leave my current job to move with the next opportunity to grow and develop myself. My dream job is and would be leading a organization where others are active participants and work toward goals with a positive attitude to support business.
