Summary

- I've high sense of responsibility gained through my experience with non-standard situations maintaining business continuity plan, fraud monitoring during night shifts, forming chargebacks, leading a team, training new bank members regarding cards and now being part of Baltic Banking IT support team.

- Since I'm a part of Baltic team, for past 7 years I've been working independently. I'm fully capable to prioritizing my tasks and focus on several topics/projects at the same time if it's needed.

- I've took part in different type of event organization. I've organized several team building events and helped with Mastercard training organization which took part in Riga.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

- Good communication skills gained through my experience as Customer Consultant and studying psychology;

- On daily bases I've supported front-line colleagues and provide necessary information for further communication with customers;

- As Team lead I gave my team necessary support, trainings and overall presence whenever it was required;

- Through procedure preparation and other activities I've cooperated with different Bank departments and created new relationships;

- As Product manager I had to translate difficult technical descriptions from IT perspective to business and front-line, so they can deliver more understandable explanation to customers;

- In my last 2 positions (Team lead and Project Manager in Cards area) I've also took part in new employee trainings as a coach during training sessions and after.

Job-related skills:

- Good proficiency in MS Office tools, SNAP, PRM, Modirum, Mastercard Claim manager, VROL for VISA, Jira, Confluence.

Other skills:

- I have very friendly and positive personality. During my work experience I've learned how to communicate with not only customer, but also with my co-workers from different departments. I'm naturally curious which helps me to learn new skills and I'm always open to help other if my help is needed. My passion is work with people - for people, so I truly believe that there is always new ways how to look or deal with things and we can learn a lot from each other. I love to spend my free time with good book in my hands, go for a run or relax with my friends and family in nature.
