- Took over the whole department in 2023 with a small team and as Team Lead. Managing the menu ever since in my spare time. Improved the system and made it 10x more efficient and easier to use for the agents, and decreased the cost. Communicating with different developer teams daily. Communicating with different account managers hourly. Communicating with different vendors and merchants hourly. Small and big ones. Starbucks Corporate and Co-Op Group are good examples out of 100's. Building better relationships between them and Starship and other teams, Constantly improving the service to minimize the cost and increase sales and profit.
