Rocco Ulla

I am from a small Estonian town called Laagri, where I have lived my whole life with my family of four. I started attending Rocca al mare School at in the age of seven and still study there to this day, in grade 12. Sport has always been a big part of my life. I ran track and field from ages 7 to 16, played American football from ages 14 to 18 and have been regularly going to the gym for the past 6 years. During high school I gained a significant interest in all things related to finance and investing, which has helped me meet incredible people and make amazing friends. In addition I am very passionate about music and have been a DJ at many different events for the past 2 years.

Was given the amazing opportunity to give a TEDx talk in 2021, in which i discussed failure in relation to pursuing goals and dreams. The full talk is in Estonian and uploaded to the TEDx Youtube channel under the title "Ebaõnnestumine on see, kui sa ei proovigi".

Ran track and field from 2011 to 2019 and participated in multiple competitions, most notably winning two medals at the Tallinn Youth Athletic Games in 2019. I placed third in the long jump with a result of 5.98 meters and finished first in the 4x100m relay with a time of 47.72 seconds.

Played for the Tallinn Kings Men's American Football Club from 2017 to 2022 as a wide receiver and running back. In 2022 our team won th Baltic States American Football Championships.

Was selected to participate in a national mathematics competition amongst the best students in Estonia in 2022.
