  • Vision was my personal project and brand creation aimed at supporting young artists and fostering creativity in the Ida-Virumaa region. The success of the project showcased my ability to bring together international partners, creative thinkers, and influential institutions. Throughout the project, I closely collaborated with key stakeholders such as the Estonian Youth Work Association and the U.S. Embassy, which helped secure international funding and broader exposure for the project. Organizing exhibitions and performances that provided young artists with a platform to express their creativity, facilitating dialogues between art and the audience, and enriching the cultural life of the region. The creative process management involved a comprehensive strategy—from designing visual identity and brand vision to integrating digital and offline marketing channels. This increased the visibility of Vision and influenced the cultural life of the region. Through strong analytical and strategic planning, I developed marketing strategies aimed at young audiences, ensuring long-term brand growth and impact. I successfully secured funding from various sponsors and supporters, including European Union youth project grants and local government funds, allowing Vision to grow and thrive. The Vision project achieved success among both local and international participants, providing a strong creative impulse to the region and offering young artists the opportunity for international recognition.
