Working in the fast-paced fashion business, I am responsible for the cash register, sales floor administration, and organization the store team to ensure that they are aware of and competent in store inventory, cash, banking, and administrative procedures. As a COR, I work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

• CASH OFFICE RESPONSIBLE, 08/2013 - 06/2023, H&M Hennes & Mauritz OÜ, Tallinn
• Starting in 2013, I was a Sales Advisor and then became the Cash Office Responsible (COR). Working in the fast-paced fashion business, I am responsible for the cash register, sales floor administration, and organization. I train, inform, and support the store team to ensure that they are aware of and competent in store inventory, cash, banking, and administrative procedures. As a COR, I work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
• 2014 Promotion to COR Support position, where I train and support Estonia, as well as other countries, the responsible persons, the sales advisors, and the new CORs.
• Starting in 2021, I support the Security Department as a part-time auditor. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of auditing stores throughout Estonia and training new staff on security requirements.

• 2011-2013 Store Manager. Management of the store team, organization of daily work and distribution of tasks, goals, and preparation of reports, motivation of the team. Conducting and coordinating inventories of goods. Monthly scheduling of the store team, taking into account their special requests and personal needs. Qualification, recruitment, and training of new employees.
