My journey began as a Lexus Sales Consultant, where I honed my customer-centric approach and understanding of automotive luxury market. Progressing through the ranks, I demonstrated my ability to elevate performance and was entrusted with the role of Lexus Sales Manager, driving a team to consistently meet and exceed the expectations of premium segment customers.
Next, I embraced the challenge of leading as the Managing Director of Lexus Tallinn. In this pivotal role, I orchestrated operational efficiency, refined customer experiences, and played a part in growing the brand's presence in the region. This journey culminated in my current position as the CEO of Elke Grupi AS, at the helm of a prominent Pan Baltic Toyota and Lexus retailer group.

Elke Group constitutes of 12 companies, and its main fields of activity are selling passenger cars and aftersales support. The 10 car dealerships located in Estonia and Lithuania represent Toyota and Lexus brands. The concern employs over 300 people, sells an average of 7000 passenger cars per year, our aftersales departments service more than 100 000 customer visits per year.
The concern’s parent company, Elke Grupi AS, deals with the management of its subsidiaries.
