As Product Owner

• collecting new requirements for 3DX system from SMEs,
• collaborating with other areas POs and with CPD team,
• describing the requirements to Solution Architects and
• working together with developers to get new features or enhancements to existing ones.

• Based on the need represent Product Change Management team in the meetings with internal or external stakeholders.
• ESST single point of contact towards MCAB functions at Ericsson lead sites and/or PDU in change management related topics.
• Change inquery/Change order, product substitution coordination across ESST organization and/or Globally.
• ESST order flow verification and troubleshooting in ONE.
• Participate in NPI/GPI/TPI projects
• Product and process verifications in terms of prototype, pre - series builds and verification assignments.
• Product support globally in terms of product structure and documentation issues.
• Mentoring and support for newcomers.
• Based on business needs drive and lead setting up new processes together with related factories or departments.
• Drive continuous improvements.
• Other tasks critical to the business.
• as additional task (starting from 2017): drive monthly release activities and prepare verification matrix to run next month verification

• Interface between Product Development and Tallinn site, other Ericsson plants and EMS partners regarding product changes
• Coordinator of product phase in, phase out and substitution
• Handler of product change communication and coordination through organization
• Enabling and maintaining product data in NPI/GPT/TPI projects
• Authorized requester for product structures set up and maintenance in SAP
