• Optimizing supply chain processes and improving inventory management systems of Burj khalifa MS Excel, Power BI, Python.

Performed a thorough examination of the supply chain to pinpoint obstacles and improve the delivery process. Utilized Microsoft Excel and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for statistical analysis and creating interactive dashboards with PowerBI for data visualization and scenario modeling. We charted out the entire supply chain process, pinpointed critical paths, and evaluated material availability and supplier performance. Suggested to install a Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory system in order to decrease storage expenses and minimize wastage. Suggested nighttime transportation of materials in Dubai to reduce daytime traffic congestion and decrease transportation time. Created thorough contingency strategies to minimize possible risks. These tactics improved project management and efficiency by using data-driven insights, enhancing supplier coordination and communication, decreasing delays. This project improved my ability to analyze situations and highlighted the significance of creative logistical solutions in major construction projects.
