Full set of HR field responsibilities, additionally coaching/mentoring and leading OKR planning process. During the year and a half in the company I have implemented new software for HR management and employee engagement, mapped and created action plans for training needs and development, reviewed and renewed compensation and benefits in the company etc.
The role in the global company included many responsibilities besides main finance function, including HR (there was no official HR function in Estonian affiliate). During the years I have been responsible for legal & compliance, safety, health and environment, records management, logistics, pricing, pharmacoeconomics etc.
E.O.S. was a company where I successfully went through a vertical growth, staring from accounting position and ending up as finance manager.
