The biggest successes of my career so far have been related to the satisfaction of international partners with the work I have done. The Erasmus+ project of the EU funding platform I wrote received very good feedback from the Commission (97.5 points out of 100) and our project was highly appreciated by the Estonian Quality Association, where we received recognition as an innovation in the field of education. I speak two foreign languages fluently - German and English - and I am also open to learning new foreign languages. I also have experience in organizing events (a conference on education attended by 200 people and an invitational event for 200 people). Thanks to my work so far as a teacher, I am also able to lead a smaller group of people. My colleagues so far have described me as a hardworking and determined person.
